Timeless Yacht Charter d.o.o. agrees to abide by them, and waives the right to change them after the guest makes a down payment / confirms the reservation of the service. Immediately upon receipt of the down payment, Timeless Yacht Charter d.o.o. undertakes to issue the guest an invoice for the down payment received, and on the day of departure of the guest, that is, upon consummation of the service, Timeless Yacht Charter d.o.o. will cancel the invoice for the down payment received and issue the guest invoice for the service performed.
